Best Caster Weapon Enchant?

Everyone seems to be running around with Black Magic now. Is it really that much better than straight SP?

I imagine that at some point Haste is more dps that sp. If the ENchant is like 63sp, then if the ocaisional 250haste gets you an extra cast every 20 casts, the if 1/20 * Total SPell Power > 63 then the haste would be worth it. I'd have to do the math but I'm sure there's some spreadsheet or Rawr thing somewhere that tells you what the flipping point is.
